Whether you're heading off on holiday or just need someone to care for your home and pets while you're away, here’s exactly what to expect when booking your first house sit with me.

Receive a quote
Based on your location, number of pets, and length of stay, I'll send you a quote.
Lets Chat
We'll schedule a call or meet in person if local. This is a chance for you to get to know me, ask questions, and feel confident leaving your home and pets in my care.
House Sitting Agreement
I'll send over an agreement for you to sign which covers both parties responsibilities.
Fact Find
I'll provide a handy document you can either fill in or use as a checklist for the key info I need.
6. Confirm the Sit
Once the paperwork is sorted and we’re both happy, your booking is officially confirmed!
7. Before the Sit
I’ll check in before your trip to confirm everything and make sure there are no last-minute changes.
8. During the Sit
I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos as often as you'd like – whether that’s daily, every few days, or only if needed. You’ll return to a clean, calm home and happy pets.
Homeowner Responsibilities
To make sure everything goes smoothly, please:
Provide clear instructions (ideally using the fact find)
Ensure the home is clean, safe and habitable upon my arrival
Provide reliable wifi, heating and phone signal
Leave emergency contacts and vet information
Provide any access codes, alarms, or keys required
Notify me of any hazards, quirks or ongoing maintenance issues
Ensure dogs are micro chipped and have a secure collar with an ID tag engraved with up to date contact details
Notify me of any security/pet cameras
